We were invited out to Paper Tiger on Saturday, October 3rd, for a sold out show, and we know why! The legendary (more than) garage-punk group, Shannon and the Clams (Oakland, CA), was making a pit stop in SATX on their national tour. Joined by tour buddies, psych-rock quartet Cool Ghouls (San Francisco, CA), and San Antonio natives, The Rich Hands, The Clams shook up the St. Mary’s Strip like no other. The Rich Hands, who are currently recording their next album, open the show on the Paper Tiger garage stage.

Marc Smith of Mocking Bird Express was feeling the Clams too hard to not hop on the crowd.
